How did you merge the domains?

HCL Notes/Domino 8.5 Forum (includes Notes Traveler)

The main policy documents refer to the settings documents as links. If you copied the policy and settings documents from on directory into another the document IDs would be new. Therefore the links in the policy documents would have been broken since they point to docs in a different db. So what you would have to do is to go into the policy document and re-pick the setting document that you copied over. That will re-establish the link in the new directory.
